Keith Cox, Managing Director. Mr. Cox has served as a consultant, on the advisory board or on the board of directors of a number of technology startups, including the board of OpenTable. Prior to co-founding BrainStorm Ventures, Mr. Cox served as CEO and CFO of World Wrapps, Inc., a West Coast restaurant chain funded by top-tier retail venture investors that he co-founded in 1994. He left World Wrapps in 1999 after hiring a seasoned restaurant executive to take over as CEO. Prior to World Wrapps, Mr. Cox worked as a management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton and as a financial services consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on financial analysis, mergers & acquisitions and private company valuations. Mr. Cox received an MBA from Stanford University in 1994 and received dual bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara in 1989.

Eduardo Rallo, Managing Director. Prior to co-founding BrainStorm Ventures, Mr. Rallo served in an acting management, advisory, and/or board member role in several high-growth startups. Mr. Rallo also co-founded World Wrapps Inc. in 1994 where he served as Vice President of Store Development until 1999. Just prior to co-founding World Wrapps, Mr. Rallo worked as Director of Special Projects with Cifra, one of Mexico's largest retail companies, and as a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Rallo received an MBA from Harvard University in 1993 and his BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1989.

Zev Zaidman, Managing Director. Prior to co-founding BrainStorm Ventures, Mr. Zaidman founded and managed Millennium Development Fund, a diversified international fund with investments in the equity and debt markets as well as in real estate and venture capital. Previous to that, Mr. Zaidman was Corporate Finance Director for Grupo Financiero Mifel in Mexico City, where he collaborated on the startup of the group's commercial bank and served on the Credit Committee. In addition, Mr. Zaidman was Associate Director for NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd. in Mexico City, where he participated in privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, the incorporation of the group's investment bank and was a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Zaidman received a Masters in International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1990 and graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego in 1988.

Vince Haley, General Counsel. Prior to joining BrainStorm Ventures, Mr. Haley was an associate for two years with the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York and an associate for three years with White & Case. At both law firms, Mr. Haley engaged in the practice of corporate law, concentrating on international project finance and aircraft leasing. Mr. Haley earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law as well as a Masters in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1992. He also received a Masters degree in European Union Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium in 1993. Mr. Haley graduated with a BA in Government from The College of William & Mary in 1988.

Maria Asuncion Aramburuzabala, Advisor. Ms. Aramburuzabala is an investor in BrainStorm and currently serves as President of Integracion y Verificacion Analitica, a financial investment and real estate firm. Her family operates Grupo Modelo (Corona Beer) and she sits on the boards of some of the leading companies in Latin America, including Televisa, America Movil/Telmex, Banamex, and Grupo Modelo. She also sits on the board of NCUBO. Ms. Aramburuzabala was recently featured as the Latin billionaire in Forbes Magazine in an article in which she discussed her vision for helping to "digitize" Latin America. She was also named the year 2000 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Mexican business publication Expansion. Ms. Aramburuzabala graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México with a BA in Accounting.

Kimball (Kim) Small, Advisor. Mr. Small is also an investor in BrainStorm Ventures. During more than thirty years in real estate, Mr. Small has developed several major projects in the Silicon Valley, including the Fairmont Hotel and Fairmont Plaza Office Building in San Jose as well as many technology company campuses. Mr. Small's real estate expertise led to his specializing in broadband infrastructure companies. Most recently, Mr. Small served on the board of AboveNet Communications, Inc. through its successful IPO and until its subsequent sale to Metromedia Fiber Networks (Nasdaq: MFNX). Mr. Small graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in Business Administration and served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Sherman Tuan, Advisor. Mr. Tuan co-founded AboveNet Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Metromedia Fiber Network Services (Nasdaq: MFNX), and has served as CEO of AboveNet since 1996. Mr. Tuan is currently a member of the board of directors of Metromedia Fiber Network Services. Prior to founding AboveNet, Mr. Tuan was President of InterNex Information Services, Inc., an internet infrastructure provider. Since 1982, Mr. Tuan has held high-level positions as well as board seats with technology companies in the U.S. and in Taiwan, including Acer. Mr. Tuan received an Electrical Engineering degree from Feng-Chia University in Taiwan.

Martin Haeberli, Advisor. Mr. Haeberli advises startup companies, including current clients AmadonLabs, BIAP Systems and KeyAssets.com, as well as former clients Fuse Systems and TeraBeam Networks. He is a board member of Bootstrap Alliance founded by Doug Engelbart and is a former board member of iCast, a venture-funded company sold to First Virtual. Mr. Haeberli co-founded and was CTO of OverSea Systems, an internet-based service for the container shipping industry. Previously, he was Director of Education Marketing and Director of Technology under Marc Andreessen at Netscape from 1996 through 1998. He also spent 15 years in key roles at Apple Computer working on the original Macintosh team designing custom chips and applications software, leading technical marketing efforts in education and business development and championing Apple's use of Internet Protocol ((IP) and developing Apple's first Internet commerce pilot. Mr. Haeberli also worked at Xerox PARC on chip design and testing as well as software applications, and at BBN in Cambridge, MA on early packet switches and Internet routers. Mr. Haeberli studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and pursued some graduate studies at MIT and Stanford.

Sergio Rosengaus, Advisor. Mr. Rosengaus is the CEO of KIO Networks, an IDC & Internet infrastructure provider located in Mexico City as well as the co-founder of NCUBO, a technology development and investment company also based in Mexico City. Previously, Mr. Rosengaus worked in the construction industry as the CEO of ITISA, one of the largest infrastructure/railroad companies in Mexico. Mr. Rosengaus also founded Ferromix and Preansa, two other railroad companies located respectively in Chile and Argentina. Mr. Rosengaus was also the co-founder of Sistemac, the largest dealer of Apple Computer in Mexico and the co-founder of El Buro, a digital prepress services bureau. Mr. Rosengaus received a BS in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana- Mexico D.F. in 1988. He later received a MBA in Finance at the Universidad De las Americas in Puebla in 1991 and completed the Executive Management Program AD-2 - IPADE in 1998-1999 in Mexico.

Antonio Rallo, Advisor. Mr. Rallo is the co-founder and CEO of Grey Interactive Mexico and is the Chairman of the Board of NCUBO, a technology development and investment company based in Mexico City. Mr. Rallo has been involved for more than fifteen years in new media research, development, and deployment projects. Prior to his current activities, Mr. Rallo was an entrepreneur in three other companies: MacWare, the largest third party Macintosh hardware and exclusive software distributor in Mexico; Iweb, a high end web design firm; and Digital MediaStudio, a development services company for digital media, CD-ROM, and touch screen kiosks. Digital MediaStudio and Iweb were both sold to Grey Interactive in 1999. Mr. Rallo is a board member of El Buro, a digital prepress services bureau and also a board member in North American Software (NASOFT), a software factory deployed as a cross-border company focusing on developing software and outsourcing services for the U.S. and Mexican markets. Mr. Rallo worked for six years at Apple Computer, three as Multimedia Technologies Manager, Apple Europe, and three as Solutions Integrations Manager, Apple International. Mr. Rallo received a BS in Marine Biology at the University of California San Diego, in 1985. He later earned a Graduate Research Fellowship at Scripps Institution of Oceanography where Mr. Rallo studied the navigational skills of the Hammer Head shark in the Sea of Cortez.

Juan Pablo Andrade, Advisor. Mr. Andrade is a Private Asset Manager and Financial Consultant for Integracion y Verificacion Analitica, a financial investment and real estate firm. Previously, Mr. Andrade worked in the banking industry with important banks and financial institutions such as Banco Santander, Banamex, and Invermexico. He also serves on the board of directors of Grupo Modelo, Televisa, and NCUBO. Mr. Andrade graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México with a BA in Economics.

Catherine Gonzales, Advisor. Ms. Gonzales was the co-founder and CEO of Holiday Channel, Inc., a holiday-driven e-commerce portal that included the high-ranking Santa.com site. Prior to founding Holiday Channel, she was co-founder and director of marketing and sales for ZAPATA Communications, a strategic communications consultancy. Ms. Gonzales also spent 16 years as a small business trainer and independent business consultant where she worked with over 1,100 small business owners throughout the U.S. Ms. Gonzales' expertise with the computerized management information systems used by these companies has allowed her to help owners refine business data, understand customer needs, and create and manage effective marketing and new business strategies. Ms. Gonzales' work has led to her participation in numerous small business workshops and seminars as well as to speaking engagements on a national level.
